The spacious apartment is ideal for small families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a balcony, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a dining terrace can easily and conveniently accommodate up to five adult guests, or four adults with children.
The modern interior with designer décor and contemporary artworks adds charm and warmth. The bathroom is fully equipped, while the kitchen offers a complete set of modern appliances for preparing your favorite meals.
We have thought through every detail — from textiles to household essentials — so your stay will be easy, pleasant, and truly carefree.
The price includes:
- For 4 guests (2 double beds).
- Two children under 10 years old can stay free of charge without an extra bed.
- Extra bed on a single sofa bed is available at an additional cost.
- Cleaning and change of towels every two days
- Change of bed linen every fourth day
- Bedding and bath towels
- Everything you need in the kitchen: dishes, detergent, cutlery, kitchen towels
- Children’s bed and chair for feeding (if necessary)
- Access to the entire territory
- Free Wi-Fi coverage in the apartments and on the territory
- 2 parking spaces for one apartment
- Firewood for barbecue (for grilling once a day)
For an additional cost, hotel guests are offered:
- Transfer from Chernivtsi or Khmelnytskyi and back
- Washing dishes
- Washing and ironing of guests’ personal belongings
Minimum reservation period 3 nights.
You must have your passport or other identification documents with you for check-in.
Additional payment (when checking into the hotel): tourist tax in the amount of UAH 35.50. for each day/person, from 18 years old.
Booking rules
When booking, you must pay for the first day of stay.
FREE cancellation of reservation no later than 14 days before arrival
If you need to cancel your reservation or if you cannot come, please let us know at least 14 days before arrival and the money will be refunded to your account.
