When booking, you must pay for the first day of stay.
FREE cancellation of reservation no later than 14 days before arrival
If you need to cancel your reservation or if you cannot come, please let us know at least 14 days before arrival and the money will be refunded to your account.

PAYMENT RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservation services on the website are provided online, by e-mail, by phone and at the reception.
When making a reservation through the website, the Guest enters into direct contractual relations with the hotel. From the moment the Guest makes a reservation
send an e-mail on behalf of the hotel with details for making a prepayment.
Booking conditions:
- To confirm the reservation, the Guest must make a prepayment in the amount of one night’s stay.
- If booking more than one apartment, the guest makes a prepayment in the amount of 100% of the cost of accommodation.

Your reservation without prepayment valid no longer than two weeks before check-in. Reservations without prepayment are automatically canceled two weeks before the booked arrival date.
Reservation cancellation conditions:
— The guest can cancel the reservation without penalties at least 14 days before the date of arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days in advance, the advance payment is not returned to the Guest.
— In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest during the stay (early departure), the Hotel will refund the Guest in full, except
the next day after notification of the administration about early departure.
Payment for accommodation and provision of additional services is carried out by cash or non-cash payment, in accordance with the approved prices.
Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in.
In case of violation of the Rules of accommodation established in the hotel, the administration has the right to deny the Guest further accommodation.
Check-in conditions:
- The guest certifies his identity with a document, provides a certificate of combat participation (for Guests who booked with a military discount) and signs an agreement with the conditions and rules of accommodation
- Additional payment (when checking into the hotel): tourist tax in the amount of UAH 35.50. for each day/person, from 18 years old.
